Dating back to 1992, we were able to match their neighbor's slate re-roof precisely by using Ultra Del Carmen from La Baña, Spain.
We also removed the sprawling ivy and revealed the decorative metal roof underneath, now rusted and disfigured. The oriel was cleaned, tar removed, and a new decorative, custom copper roof was installed. Lastly, we tuck pointed the surrounding brick and parge coated the stucco.
