Tri Delta's roof was partially covered with tile roofing material, while other areas were roofed with Vermont Unfading Green slate. It was decided to have the entire roof protected by Vermont Unfading Green slate. As such, our scope of work was removing the existing tile and installing new slate where needed. Additionally, the existing flashings were reflashed with new Freedom Gray.
