Our work included structural repairs to the building, replacing the entire roof with a new Variegated Purple slate roof, pointing and repairs to the exterior masonry, extensive rebuilding of the monitor to match the original ornate details, and copper gutters, roofs, and ornamental wall and window cladding. The project won the National Roofing Contractor’s Association 2007 Gold Circle Award for the best steep roof project in the country, and five of our craftsman were awarded for the Builder’s Exchange Craftsmanship Award.
