We restored the slate dome, and installed salvaged Vermont Mottled Green and Purple on the dome using a custom cut design with multiple colored slates to create a beautiful patterned roof. We also replicated an old steel finial the was all hand soldered. At the customer’s request, we then gold leafed the finial before installing it on top of the slate dome.
