The Northstar Cafe in Short North is an open-style kitchen café that serves organic American cuisine. As a decorative - but durable - enhancement to their natural aesthetic, Northstar asked for a high sheen, dark grey slate. Virginia Buckingham slate was the right choice for this job. Thanks to its high quartz content and dark coloring, this slate contrasts wonderfully against the light wood countertops and frame.
