Our scope of work at St. Dominic’s Parish Center was focused on the box gutters. To work on the gutters, our team removed the clay roofing tiles necessary to reach them and the existing copper box gutter. The copper gutters and eave were then lined with Grace Ice and Water Shield to protect them from the elements. Using only lead free solder, a new 20 oz copper box gutter was installed to replace the original gutters, and the removed clay-tiles were replaced.
