Universal Lodge No. 14 was constructed circa 1880, was substantially restored in the mid-1950s, and is being restored again by The Durable Slate and Restoration Companies. These preservation efforts include a new roof and gutters; repaired (or replaced) windows; and, finally, framing and other work necessary to mitigate water intrusion. These repairs will utilize historically appropriate methods and materials, preserving the historic authenticity and durability of No. 14 for generations to come.
