Major Williams Hall, which houses some of Virginia Tech's Liberal Arts and Human Sciences offices, is receiving new gutters and copper flashing, as well as numerous slate roof repairs. In addition, we are removing all slate from the roof's hips and ridges and installing new ice and water shielding. Once complete, new copper flashing will be added and the original slate tiles will be restored.
