Built in 1928, these luxury condominiums boast 46 residences spanning 13 floors, with amenities including valet parking, a fitness center, and private storage.
High still, the 16th floor had leaky copper flashing that could only be accessed by climbing out a 15th story window. Complicating matters, this window was hidden behind a wall, which had to be removed first. Once done, we installed a safety rail and netting to protect our workers and prevent any debris from falling and got to work.
Although perilously high, we were able to repair the copper cricket, replace a section of concrete decking, and restore the damaged Virginia Buckingham slate. The wall we removed has since been replaced.
